Ordering, step by step

The ordinary case: put the machine in the basket, give a street address in any of the 27 EU countries, pay by card at the checkout or in cash to the courier, and wait for the confirmation email. VAT and delivery are already in the price. No account, no password, nothing added at the end.

Everything below is an exception.

When you cannot decide between two

Describe the floors, the room, or the load you are dealing with on the contact page before ordering. We will say which machine fits, or that neither does. That answer costs nothing and is faster than a return.

When you would rather not pay yet

Choose cash on delivery. Nothing leaves your account until the box is in your hands and you have looked at it, and it costs no more than paying by card. If you would rather settle it and forget it, the card form at the checkout does that.

When you change your mind before it ships

Reply to the confirmation email and we will stop it. After dispatch it becomes a withdrawal instead, which is still straightforward and runs for 14 days — see returns and refunds.

When the address is wrong

Tell us before dispatch and it is a small thing. Afterwards it belongs to the carrier, and the tracking link in your email is the quickest way to reach them.
