Why holding it is lawful

Performing the contract, since a delivery needs an address; answering something you asked; and the tax and accounting obligations of a Spanish company. Those three, and nothing else. We do not claim an interest in marketing to you.

Who it reaches beyond us

The carrier, the payment provider and the host, each only as far as its job needs. It is never sold and never passed on for somebody else to advertise with. There is no tracking on this site.

How long it stays

Order records for as long as tax law requires. Messages for up to two years so a conversation can be picked up. Then they are deleted.

How to have it erased

Ask on the contact page. You may also have a copy, a correction, a restriction, an objection, or an export somewhere else, and none of it costs anything. If we deal with the request badly, your national data protection authority will hear it — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
