Terms of sale

The ordinary case: you buy from FLOFUM, S.L. at the price shown, VAT and delivery included; the contract exists when we confirm the order; you have 14 days to change your mind and three years of legal guarantee if something is faulty. The clauses below matter only when something departs from that.

If you want to know exactly who you bought from

FLOFUM, S.L., a Spanish limited company at Calle Parcerisa 13, Local 1, 08014 Barcelona, tax number B75621250, trading as Zolvel. Sales are to consumers of 18 or over, buying for private use, with a delivery address in one of the 27 EU countries.

If a price looks wrong

The price that applies is the one shown when you placed the order, and it includes VAT and carriage. Where a figure is obviously wrong — a misplaced decimal — we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel at no cost rather than being held to it.

If we cannot supply it

A listing is an invitation to order, not an offer; your order is the offer; the contract exists on our confirmation. Until then we may decline, and if we do you are refunded in full and no contract has existed.

If something is damaged or goes missing on the way

Delivery times are estimates, on the delivery page. Ownership and risk pass to you when the parcel is handed over, which is why a damaged carton is best refused at the door.

If you want to send it back

14 days from delivery to withdraw without a reason, 14 more to return it, refunded within 14 days of arrival or proof of posting — returns and refunds. A fault is separate and better covered: three years of legal guarantee of conformity, on the guarantee page. Nothing here reduces either.

If something goes wrong more seriously

Machines are to be used as their instructions describe, and the safety notes on the guarantee page apply. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms, and we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to exclude.

If you need the formalities

Personal data is handled as described under privacy. Spanish law governs these terms without removing the mandatory consumer protections of your own country, and a claim may be brought in either. These terms can change; an order is governed by the version published when it was placed.
