Why a locker will not work

These are boxed household machines and the courier hands them over in person, so parcel lockers, PO boxes and poste restante are all out. Somebody has to be there.

If nobody is there

The driver leaves a card and returns the next working day. After two attempts the parcel comes back to us and we will get in touch to arrange another run rather than simply cancelling.

If the box is damaged

Refuse it while the driver is present and the matter is closed on the spot. If you find it after unpacking, photograph the carton and the machine, tell us within a few days, and keep the packaging until it is resolved.
