Returns and refunds

The ordinary case: tell us within 14 days of delivery, send the machine back within another 14, and the money returns the way it came. No reason is required and there is no form.

What counts as still returnable

Whatever you could have done with it in a shop. Unboxing a vacuum and looking at it is fine; running it round the flat for a fortnight is not, and the refund may be reduced by what that use was worth. Used filters and similar consumables cannot come back at all.

Who pays to move it

We paid to get it to you. You pay to send it back — unless it is faulty, damaged or simply not what you ordered, in which case we pay that too.

Why a fault is not a return

Because it is covered far better. The legal guarantee of conformity runs three years from delivery, not fourteen days, and it covers a fault that was present at the start even when it only appears months later. Send photographs with the order number and we will tell you whether it is a repair, a replacement or a refund.
